The combination of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, makes for a delightful sorbet for any season, but best during summer time.

TAMARIND

Very carribean – sweet and tart flavor that grows on you.

ORANGE

We use only real orange juice, need we say more!

PINEAPPLE

There is nothing better than eating a piece of a ripe sweet pineapple, all by itself or as a sorbet flavor

LEMON/LIME

Very few fruits combine as well as lemons and  Limes, very refreshing on a hot summer day

KEY LIME

More distinct than our regular lime flavor, we are sure you will notice the difference as well

STRAWBERRY

We use only the ripest of strawberries, and plenty of them, which is very evident in the finished product

PASSIONFRUIT

One of our hidden jewels; once you have tried our Passion fruit sorbet, we are sure you will be hooked

BLUEBERRY

We are very fussy and use the best blueberries we can find, which is around June of each year.

PINK GRAPEFRUIT

We use only real pink grapefruit juice. One bite of this sorbet will bring you back for more, we are quite sure.

GUANANBANA (SOUR SOP)

Another very distinct flavor of the carribean, very nice.

PEAR

A subtle flavor, perfect if you are in the mood for something refreshing and not as tangy.

COCONUT

We are very proud of our Coconut sorbet  – fantastic with pineapple and other fruit flavors.

GINGER/PEAR

The addition of ginger brings out the full flavor of the Pear, a perfect combination

GUAVA

It’s become a very popular flavor, and a must to carry

MANGO/GINGER/LIME

It’s a Mango sorbet, spiked with ginger and lime to bring out a tarter version of our regular Mango

PAPAYA

Can you get any more tropical?

LYCHEE

A wonderful sorbet to finish off either an Asian or Seafood meal. This flavor truly has a cult following as you can taste the real lychee pieces.

INDIAN MANGO

The finest mangos come from India, and we have them. Enjoy!

CANTELOPE (SEASONAL)

We only make this sorbet when cantaloupes are in season, and very sweet in flavor

WATERMELON (SEASONAL)

Made in August when watermelons are at their peak of flavor.  A truly unbelievable flavor.

KIWI (SEASONAL)

Some people say this is our best flavor. You would not believe how a sorbet can be this creamy in texture until you realize we only use hand-peeled, whole Kiwis.
